MEDIACORP
Ms. Agnes Wong, the founder of Sarawak Delicacy, was born and raised in Sarikei, Sarawak, where she discovered her passion for food by watching her mother skillfully prepare noodles in their family-owned coffee shop that has been passed down through generations. She later moved to Singapore but never lost her longing for the nostalgic flavours of home.
THE BIRTH OF SARAWAK DELICACY
Yearning for the authentic tastes of Sarawak and recognising its scarcity in Singapore, Ms Wong opened her own stall in Bedok. From that modest beginning, Sarawak Delicacy has flourished into a family-owned business serving Kolomee, Laksa, Kampua, and Wanton, with a commitment to bringing the true flavours of Sarawak to Singapore.

From one stall to multiple outlets across Singapore, Sarawak Delicacy has become a beloved destination for Sarawakian cuisine, thanks to the support of our customers. Today, with outlets in Orchard, Bedok, Tampines, Sengkang, and Jurong, we will continue to bring this brand to even more parts of Singapore.

SARAWAK LAKSA
Rice vermicelli served in aromatic laksa broth, topped with beansprouts, omelette strips, shredded chicken, prawns, fresh coriander, lime and belacan.
KOLOMEE
Springy egg noodles tossed with shallot aroma and topped with char siew and minced pork. The original Sarawak classic.
RED SAUCE NOODLES
Springy egg noodles tossed in a sweet char siew sauce, topped with char siew slices and savory minced pork. Slightly sweet with a char siew aroma.
SOYA SAUCE NOODLE
Springy egg noodles tossed in a fragrant blend of dark soya sauce, topped with char siew and minced pork. Rich, savoury, and perfect for those who love bold flavours.
KAMPUA NOODLES
Straight egg noodles available in two flavours — the classic white (tossed in aromatic shallot oil), or the black (tossed in dark soy sauce). Topped with char siew slices and crispy fried shallots.
WANTON
Handmade wantons wrapped in authentic Sarawak wanton skin, filled with succulent pork, and topped with fresh spring onions and crispy fried shallots.
SARAWAK SIEW MAI
Sarawak Siew Mai, also known as Sio Bee. Generously stuffed with pork fillings and steamed to perfection.
SARAWAK SIBU KOMPIA
Kompia is a traditional Foochow bread made with flour, salt and stuffed with savoury stir-fried minced pork.
GOLDEN FISH ROLL
Popular seafood snack, consisting of a fish filling rolled and coated in a crispy, golden-brown batter.
SOTONG YOU TIAO
Fritters combining the crispy texture of youtiao with a savoury cuttlefish (sotong) paste filling.
WANTON
This dish contains marinated pork that is wrapped inside a square wrapper then sprinkled with some spring onions. Dry/ Soup
FISH FINGER
Crispy, golden breaded fish fingers made from premium-quality fish, perfect for quick snacks or meals.
PORK CHIVES DUMPLINGS
Juicy pork and fresh chives wrapped in dumpling skin, served with black vinegar.

BAR CHOR MEE
Egg noodles tossed with savoury sauce and topped with braised mushrooms, soft minced pork, sliced pork, meatballs, pig’s liver, and crispy lard.
FISHBALL NOODLES
Flat egg noodles tossed in savoury sauce, topped with handmade fishballs, fish cakes, fried shallots and spring onion.
FISHBALL KWAY TEOW SOUP
This soup is made with kway teow noodles, topped with handmade fishballs, minced pork, crispy pork lard and spring onion.
CHAR KWAY TEOW
Kway Teow noodles stir-fried to perfection with prawns, char siew, fishcake, egg, beansprouts, and chives, tossed in rich dark soy sauce and infused with “wok hei".
TOMATO FRIED NOODLES
Crispy fried noodles drenched in a rich, thickened tomato sauce, bursting with savoury flavours and topped with prawn, char siew, meatballs, and fishcake.
