Ms. Agnes Wong, the founder of Sarawak Delicacy, was born and raised in Sarikei, Sarawak, where she discovered her passion for food by watching her mother skillfully prepare noodles in their family-owned coffee shop. She later moved to Singapore but never lost her longing for the nostalgic flavours of home.

Yearning for the authentic tastes of Sarawak and recognising its scarcity in Singapore, Ms Wong opened her first stall in Bedok to introduce authentic Sarawak cuisine to the local community.

SARAWAK LAKSA
Rice vermicelli served in aromatic laksa broth, topped with beansprouts, egg, chicken, prawns, coriander, lime and belacan.
KOLOMEE
Springy egg noodles tossed with shallot aroma and topped with char siew and minced pork. The original Sarawak classic.
RED SAUCE NOODLES
Springy egg noodles tossed in a sweet char siew sauce, topped with char siew slices and savory minced pork. Slightly sweet with a char siew aroma.
SOYA SAUCE NOODLE
Springy egg noodles tossed in a fragrant blend of dark soya sauce, topped with char siew and minced pork. Rich and savoury taste.
KAMPUA NOODLES
Straight egg noodles available in two flavours, topped with char siew slices and crispy fried shallots. (White/Black/Red)
WANTON
Handmade wantons wrapped in wanton skin, filled with succulent pork, and topped with fresh spring onions and crispy fried shallots.
SARAWAK SIEW MAI
Sarawak Siew Mai, also known as Sio Bee. Generously stuffed with pork fillings and steamed to perfection.
SARAWAK SIBU KOMPIA
Kompia is a traditional Foochow bread made with flour, salt and stuffed with savoury minced pork.
GOLDEN FISH ROLL
Popular seafood snack, consisting of a fish filling rolled and coated in a crispy, golden-brown batter.
SOTONG YOU TIAO
Fritters combining the crispy texture of youtiao with a savoury cuttlefish (sotong) paste filling.

CHAR KWAY TEOW
Kway Teow noodles stir-fried to perfection with prawns, char siew, fishcake, egg, beansprouts, tossed in rich dark soy sauce and infused with “wok hei".
TOMATO FRIED NOODLES
Crispy fried noodles drenched in a rich, thickened tomato sauce, bursting with savoury flavours and topped with prawn, char siew, meatballs, and fishcake.
